4. Conclusion of contract
When the articles are placed in the online shop, we do not make a binding purchase offer. Rather, the contract with us only comes about through your order on the one hand ("offer") and through the express confirmation of the order or delivery of the goods by us on the other hand ("acceptance"). If we do not respond to your order within 2 weeks, you are no longer bound to it. Before the contract is concluded (i.e. we accept your offer), there is no entitlement to fulfillment, e.g. on the delivery of the ordered goods.
Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. We therefore only accept orders in normal household quantities.
5. Shipping costs
In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the amount of the shipping costs under the menu item Shipping and Returns. When shipping abroad, you also bear any customs duties and export and import fees.
Payment can be made by PayPal or credit card. You will therefore be redirected to the website of the online provider for payment. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your details and the payment order.
If you have chosen PayPal as the payment method, you must be registered there in order to pay the invoice amount, or you must first register and authenticate with your access data. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order.

8. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
9. Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the contract concluded with us within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, receives the goods (or the last goods, partial consignment or piece in the case of a contract for several goods in a single order or the delivery of goods) in several partial shipments or pieces).
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear statement. You can use the model withdrawal form shown below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation:
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments for the purchased goods that we have received from you and we will refund you the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer. This repayment will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of the contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will never charge you for the repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods received from us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

We point out that we are not obliged to take back obviously used goods. We would also like to point out that any damage to the goods caused by you may demand compensation.

German law shall apply to all claims arising from the contractual relationship to the exclusion of UN sales law; mandatory consumer protection law, which applies at your place of residence, remains unaffected.
